Social model day care facilities are not permitted to offer any medical care, including something as easy as helping you take your medication. At Four Seasons, we are a medical model facility which means we have a full-time medical staff, therapists, nutritionists, and social workers to make sure you\u2019re receiving the care you need, properly. And we do it all in a very social atmosphere, including daily activities, entertainment, seasonal outings and so much more.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Absolutely. A fleet of custom vans picks up members at their door every day and returns them home at the end of each session. And of course, we provide all transportation necessary for members who are participating in various outings and trips.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, it is, but even if you don\u2019t have Medicaid, or were told previously that you were not eligible, we may still be able to qualify you for Adult Day Health Care services under Medicaid.
