This is a critical service at Four Seasons and another service available ONLY from a medical model program. Our care team will make sure you never miss a dose, never run out of your medication, and never mix up prescriptions. We can even arrange to have our pharmacy provide you with individually packaged doses so you’ll enjoy the same medication management at home as you do at Four Seasons.
If you need treatment for any type of wound – post-surgical, a burn, an open sore – our medical team will coordinate your care with your doctor.
Our medical services go far beyond post-op and daily care management. We cover all of your specialty care needs from head to toe with services such as regular eye exams, hearing tests, podiatric care and more.
