Additionally, certain areas continue to remain under Q𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐏𝐔𝐈 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 or 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠. If absolutely necessary, these locations will require visitors to don Personal Protective Equipment: visitors must report to the Front Desk on arrival for equipment and education. Failure to comply with Infection Control precautions and procedure may be grounds for immediate dismissal from the facility.

As always, visitors who test positive for or develop/experience any symptoms of Covid-19 within 2-3 days after a visit must notify the facility immediately. as soon as possible.
