Four Seasons Presents A Night Of Elegance

On Wednesday, April 10th, residents of Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 1555 Rockaway Parkway, were treated like VIPs when the center was transformed into an elegant, fancy restaurant for this year’s “Black and Silver with a Touch of Red Candlelight Dinner.”

This special evening affair – with a theme of “Eat, Drink and Be Happy” was a delight to everyone. Residents were welcomed to the event with a black and white carpet and an arch of balloons, then followed by the VIP photo section, draped with a shimmery silver backdrop and a red carpet roped-off area. Once the residents were escorted to their seats, they were presented with fancy table settings, which included chargers, champagne flutes and tea light candles.

The mood was set with a scrumptious dinner provided by the Dietary Department with all the added trimmings, along with Italian salad with vignette salad dressing and dinner rolls for starters. The main course of Chicken Francese or Dill Salmon followed, with wild rice and a vegetable medley served with red sparkling cider. The dessert included a choice of cannoli or raspberry sherbet.

Musical selections were provided by Mr. Conroy Warren on guitar, who kept the residents’ toes tapping and guests taking the dance floor.

A special thanks goes out to all the staff members who assisted in making the evening special.

One great decision…
